What does it consist of?
Notarial records are public documents in which notaries, at the request of one of the parties, record and certify events and details they witness or are aware of, which are not related to contracts.
They are regulated under Section 4, Chapter II, Title IV of the Decree of June 2, 1944, which approves the Regulations on the organization and regime of the Notary.
Finally, it should be noted that minutes of general meetings and reference minutes in the strict sense can be requested via videoconference.
