What does it consist of?

A declaration of new construction reflects a physical modification on a registered property, such as the construction of a building. This declaration is always executed by the registered owner.

The declaration can refer to a newly completed property or a property under construction; in the latter case, the corresponding completion of works certificate must also be executed.

Finally, it should be noted that declarations of new construction without condominium termination or property allocation can be requested via videoconference.
